The course takes the participant on a clear and engaging journey to discover the new European regulation of digital services. In three progressive videos, the course chronicles the evolution of the online economy: from the birth of digital markets and the 2000 E-commerce Directive, to the new regulatory framework introduced by the DSA. Through accessible yet technical language, the main legal innovations, the responsibilities of intermediaries, and opportunities for businesses are illustrated, with concrete examples and practical references. The aim is to offer a comprehensive and up-to-date overview, to understand how the DSA is building a safer, more transparent and competitive European digital space, capable of combining protection of rights, innovation and economic growth.
